Payment Terms -
For bookings made more than 8 weeks before arrival, a Cheque or Debit Card / Credit Card (+2%) for the Deposit of (£75 to £100 per Week for the Apartments and £150 per Week for the Villa’s) or (3rd of the Full Cost) Which is Greater, should be sent to us, along with our fully completed and signed Booking Form. Upon receipt of this, a
confirmation of your booking will be sent to you. You will receive the invoice for the Remainder of the Balance & a Payment Plan if requested. This final balance should be settled in full by Cheque or Debit Card / Credit Card (+2%) by the due date. We reserve the right to cancel any booking when payment is not received by the due date.
For bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival, the total amount is due immediately & should be sent to us, along with our fully completed and signed Booking Form.
Confirmation of payment will be sent by return. Provisional telephone bookings are held for a short time, pending receipt of the due Deposit (or full balance if within
8 weeks of arrival) and the fully completed and signed Booking Form. A confirmation of your booking will be sent by Email, Post and sometimes Both.
Breakages (On all Rentals) & Excess Cleaning Deposit (On the Villa’s and 2 Bed PS3 Apt Only)
A Breakage's / Excess Cleaning Deposit of at Least £150.00 per Villa is payable by Cheque or Debit Card / Credit Card (+2%)
we sometimes just HOLD Card Details. The hirer is expected to leave the accommodation as found on arrival, and either to replace any losses or breakages or pay the cost of replacement. The hirer is also liable for the cost of any Damage done to the Property, and any Excess Cleaning charges should the property not be left as found on arrival. Deposit refund via Cheque or via your Debit/Credit Card less any deduction. (Please Contact on Return)
Arrivals and Departures
The Villa’s & Apartments are available for arrival between 1:00 & 2.00pm, & must be vacated by 10.00am on day of departure.
Please leave your Villa’s & Apartments clean & tidy on departure.
Please leave your Keys in the Apt, Villa, or at the Complex Reception ONLY if requested.
Holiday Cancellation
Registered post or recorded delivery letter must be sent as written notice of cancellation.
In all cases the Deposit is non-
Cancellation is more than 8 Weeks before Departure; We will refund Monies less 3rd of Total Rental.
Cancellation is less than 8 Weeks before Departure; We will refund Monies less 50% of Total Rental.
Cancellation is less than 6 Weeks before Departure, We cannot refund Monies Paid, 100% of Total Rental.
Administration Fee
We may have to charge an administration fee when you amend your Holiday (Change Dates, Extra Persons etc). Usually the Complexes charge a premium of £25.00
Changes/Cancellations made by the Owner.
If circumstances beyond Spanish Isles Holidays control should make the rental home unavailable, then the customer will be advised as soon as possible.
Alternative accommodation of at least comparable standard will be offered if available, or a refund of monies paid,
unless the change/cancellation arises from reasons of 'Force Majeure'.
Reference Numbers and Apartment (Torres Del Sol only).
The Ref Numbers on your Booking Information and Booking Cards are Just a Booking Reference Number between Spanish Isles Holiday (Your Booking Agent) and the Complex, They are NOT Apartment Numbers. As Spanish Isles Holidays are only Agents for the Torres Del Sol, it does not have Control of Apartment Numbers or where in the Complex you are placed, We of course have already Forwarded to the Torres Del Sol any Requirement you have Asked For, i.e. Which Block, Which Floor etc.
We Can NEVER Promise, Because of Seasonal Pressures or the Owners Changing their Mind when Using they Own Apartments etc.
Our On-
The Management Agents are there to help you during your Stay, If you need their services our Management Agents must be given ample time to investigate to remedy Any situation that may arise during your stay. Please report any faults to your Agent as ASAP. (Not once you get Home). Spanish Isles Holidays and/or the property
management company do not accept any responsibility or liability for acts of omission of third parties, which may prevent or disrupt a Customer's booking.
The booking contract exists between the Owner of the Apartment or Villa and the Customer and is limited to the rental of the property and associated services only.
The information and descriptions supplied here are believed to be accurate and offered in good faith.
Certain features or facilities may not be available from time to time due to circumstances beyond the Our control and/or the property management
company accept no liability. In addition no liability can be accepted by Spanish Isles Holidays and/or the property management
company for any loss or damage to property, injury, loss or damage to the Customer, any member of the Customers Party or any visitor to the accommodation,
arising out of or in connection with the use of the accommodation or the pool, howsoever caused. On arrival you should acquaint yourself with notices in
respect of safe use of the pool, these are there for your safety.
The Customer must ensure that all Children are supervised at all times whilst in or around the pool.
Use of the Swimming Pools
The Swimming Pools are sometimes unsupervised. Use of the swimming pool is subject to acknowledgement of the
Swimming Pool Safety Board on the side of the Pool and S.I.H’s are relieved of any liability for accidents to visitors or damage to their Property.
Force Majeure
No liability can be accepted by the Agent, Owner or Property Management Company where the contract is affected by 'force majeure'. In the context of these terms and conditions, 'force majeure' is any event that the Agent, Owner or the property management company could not, even with due care, foresee or avoid.
These events include but are not limited to war, threat of war, riot, civil commotion or strife, hostilities, industrial dispute, natural
disaster, fire, acts of God, terrorist activity, nuclear disaster, adverse weather, government action, Complex upgrades, technical problems with
transportation or other events outside the Owners or the property management companies control.
Jurisdiction
This contract is subject to and shall be constructed in accordance with the laws of England and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
Further Notes
>Complex Security will Evict Persons who cause any Trouble or make to much Noise (at Night). (You have been Warned)
>Without prior agreement, only the members shown on the Booking Form may occupy the Villa’s & Apts.
>The proprietors reserve the right to decline accommodation & to demand the Immediate withdrawal of any persons not complying with these
conditions, Or for any conduct detrimental to the property or to the comfort of other guests, Or Persons not on your Booking Form.
>The proprietors reserve the right to refuse any booking, and to cancel any booking made in the unlikely event of the property becoming unavailable through natural causes (such as flood, fire etc.) Or any event outside our control, subject to a full refund of all monies paid to us.
>The proprietor can-
We sometimes give a Apartment Number on Booking and we of course will keep to this,
But if circumstances beyond our control should make the rental home unavailable, then the customer will be advised as soon as possible.

unless the change/cancellation arises from reasons of 'Force Majeure'.
>The proprietors are relieved of any liability for accidents to visitors or damage to their Property during their stay & Work outside the boundaries of the
accommodation is beyond our control & Work inside or outside the boundaries of the Complex which is beyond our control.
Complaints
If there are any problems with your Apartment or the Property Management Company during the rental period, the customer must inform the Property Management
Company immediately. If the matter is not resolved the customer must follow up the complaint in writing to the Property Management Company on Site
while you are at the Complex and the Booking Agent (S.I.H’s) within 7 days of the end of the rental period.
If the problem has not been reported as detailed in this clause above then the Owner and S.I.H’s cannot accept responsibility for any claims or complaints.
Remember Spanish Isles Holidays are only Booking Agents for many of the Villas and Apartments we Offer so we can only forward any complaints about a particular Villa or Apartment on to the Property Management Company and/or its Owner.
